Refund policy

Casulon offers a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your product. This gives you enough time to review the item and decide if it meets your expectations.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging intact. Items that show signs of use may not qualify for return.

If you wish to request a return, you can contact us through our contact page. Once your request is reviewed and approved, instructions will be provided.

Return shipping is free, and we aim to keep the process simple.

After the returned item is received, it goes through an inspection process which may take up to ten business days. Once approved, the refund is processed through the original payment method.
